It makes much more sense to put the name of the series outside and then the death itself within the spoiler, otherwise people don't even know what they're going to be spoiled about. =P

The only one for me is:

One Piece


The other two occasions when I've cried with anime were because of very bittersweet, emotional scenes.

Tiny hint: write the name of the anime, and THEN put the name of the character in spoilers. Don't put everything in the spoiler, or else there's no freaking point to this, as no one is going to dare open the spoiler.

Coming in close second, however, was Black Cat.
