I watched 23 episodes atm and i feel nothing really ever happens.
Like will Gintoki ever pick up his sword again? They show alot of his past where he was a great samurai. Will he ever become like that serious and actually skillfull? Will there ever start a bigger plot or something? it feels like it just runs in circels to me. nothing ever happens really same thing every episode |

It's a COMEDY, not an action or plot-driven show. There are serious arcs here and there with serious fights and some plot development but most of the episodes are played for the laughs.

Inuyasha, full metal panic, fairy tail, History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi, Kyo Kara Maoh! etc etc etc is a comedy, but they all have a proper plot, where gintama dosnt seem to have any, is it gonna be liek that for the whole 200+ episodes?

Gintama is an episodic comedy, for the most part. If you're looking for an overarching plot to tie your anime together, Gintama is probably not for you. The few serious arcs that is does have, however, are epically well done.

... Listen. Those are action/adventure/fantasy-centered shows with a side dish of humour to complement their respective main themes. Gintama is the other way around. Its main theme is comedy and then it has some action and plot developments on the side to round it up. Have you never seen a series like that before? Or even without a plot? There are tons of plotless comedies that are great nonetheless.
If you're watching this expecting fights and storyline progress alone I'd recommend that you stop. While the arcs where you have those things are damn awesome, they're not frequent.

^I would think that it being so easy to watch is the mark of a good show. I know I've never felt that way about a show I didn't care for at all.
