The new gen needs to start the current gen needs to die off. This is like years in the waiting this should've happened 2-3 years ago to the point where Sony, Microsoft and Valve are competing for the same market share. Now Sony and Microsoft have to play the catch up game.

The PS3 and 360 still have potential to grow in many different aspects. But Sony and Microsoft are stuck in the constraints that they made for themselves over 10 years ago when they were planning the current gen. There is only so much a firmware patch can do.

Current gen has become stale to me. I have been moving more and more to PC. The last time I had a true gaming session on a console was around Christmas. I recently upgraded my graphics card and haven't looked back since.

Only console game that is on my radar right now is DRAGON'S DOGMA DARK ARISEN which I will more than likely get on 360.

I still plan on buying exclusives but until the next gen comes out PC is where I will stay. I am still iffy on the PS4 and whatever the next Xbox will be called. I am hoping they will both be freaking awesome.

(Side note) Been playing the new Tomb Raider on PC and it has been a lot of fun.

I have so many games to play. Though i really have wanted to pick up Dragon's Dogma. The demo was one of the best demos i've played in a long time.

I just finished the Walking Dead game (the Telltale one), that was really good. I can't wait until season 2.

I know what you mean, I too have a pretty large backlog of games to finish. BUT seeing as this version came out for $39.99 and it includes all previous DLC(although I am sure they will release more, this is Capcom after all) and a pretty large expansion(also a texture pack and Japanese voice overs). I just couldn't pass it up.

Some games I am looking forward to in the future Dragon's Crown and Tales of Xillia.

I only played the first episode of The Walking Dead. I wasn't a huge fan. I might just be zombied out.

Both Dragon's Crown and Xillia look great. I'm going to have to clear out my RPG back log this summer though if i'm going to get the 2nd one though. I'll be playing Dragon's Crown probably mostly on my Vita. I've been waiting for that game.

I played the walking dead on PS3, and it had a good amount of lag and some occassional freezes, but i'm a big fan of the TV series and the story was really good. That said it took me like 3 weeks to actually beat the game because each of the 5 episodes took me 2-3 hours and I couldn't play episodes consecutively. And there are way too many zombie games out right now.

Gotta say I am really enjoying Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen so far. My character is only about level 18-19 right now. Found a dragon early on while I was walking through some woods, got my arse handed to me. When you defeat a really tough enemy it is pretty satisfying.
