Sadly, I haven't played on it much after I bought the new model. Played Legend of Dragoon for abit and was progressing thru Tales of Eternia before I just went on to other games. I have a hankering to buy a small 19" lcd tv to hook it back up to and play Parasite Eve and the first Persona game.

Bought my PS2 in... 2001, still works no problem. SSX series, the GTAs, Ratchet and Clanks, Final Fantasies, Devil May Cry, and probably a lot of other games I'm not remembering right now... lots of good memories with that console. It's currently with a friend of mine since I have a PS3 now (bought one the first models with backwards compatibility still), but the PS2 still works like the charm (can't say as much for the controllers, but who cares about those).

Edit: By the way, that comment about Sony not paying for shipping... are you sure? I ended up having some sort of disc reader error and they sent me a box with a paid for shipping label even though the warranty had already expired.

Demon's Souls servers staying open into 2012 - GameSpot

Wow. Even after Dark Souls comes out, they still aren't dropping the servers for the original.

That is fucking awesome.

I figured this would be the final time, for real, but they just keep extending it. I wonder how long this will go on. The longer the better in my opinion. :D Love that game...

I finished P3P yesterday, and it's indeed epic.
It took me 47,5 hr on second easiest. (It was my first time playing persona...)

Luckily they had easy has an option. It use to just be hard and harder.... P3P is also way easier than the console version. Because

you can control everyone

that is the one thing that they've been adding into most of the re-makes of the ones before P4. Because that was the 1st (persona) game to have that option. Even P3 FES didn't have that option

Zaig told me Persona 4 was getting an anime version, I really hope they don't fuck it up.

Horde 2.0 is really tough single player @_@ I think I got to level 7 on normal and level 10 on casual rofl

The team announced, unofficially that work has begun on the next Persona (not counting the 4 remake for Vita or the 4 2D fighter by Arc). But I don't think it's due till late 2012 maybe, but probably not till 2013.

I saw all the additions which make it look sweet, but I haven't tried it with any of my floormates yet.
