lawl I'm about the same... unless I'm sitting in front of a computer while attempting them. Especially with the girls part... So many girls in my friends lists want to sex me up, but not a single one of my IRL friends does... odd, eh? I get more action via webcam than I do in person.

okay i'll admit that i'm a soft core gamer i play games on easy setting...... i cheat when i'm stuck and all sorts of heretical things..... what i want to know from you hard core types is what the hell you would do with keyboard macros or mouse macros in a game...hell i don't even know what a macro is...

Say with an rpg you could set your spells to certain buttons. They are really there just to simplify things so you can do what you need to do as fast as possible. |

so...
anyone ever heard from ruse? sounds interesting to me, you become once again a ww2 general and fight your usual battles but this time including different war ruses, like radio silence, dummies and similar stuff. you also have three levels of control, from real time tactical finetuning to global. |

In games like World of Warcraft (called Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games, or MMORPGs, or just MMOs), a macro lets you set a keybinding to a single key... so instead of hitting Ctrl+Shift+1 to set your spellbook to the Healing set of spells, and then have to actually click on the spell with your mouse to activate "Heal", you can just hit the 0 key on the num-pad and it'll do all that for you. Or in games like Command and Conquer (Real-Time Strategy games, or RTSs), you can set a macro to a certain squad of guys so you don't have to manually scroll across the map, find them, select them, and then be able to use them. You can just hit Ctrl+2 and it'll select them and center the screen on them. Very useful if they're supposed to be a trap or ambush, or your last line of defense.
