The Bastion
Now on the way through my new game+, awesome game, though i have to say i'm having a hard time understanding the story or what the big 'twist' was (dont worry i wont put spoilers except in tags)

I too am on New Game+. I really enjoyed the game. The hand painted art style combined with the music and narration really sets the mood.
Are you playing through New Game+ with any Idols on? I was planning on having them all turned on but I really hate

yeah i have 5 of them on for 50% exp/gold, i really want to hit level 10 as im assuming theres an achievement or something.
really hating that new game+ resets the training grounds as i dont remember which ones i hadnt beaten

Hmm I don't think there is an achievement for hitting level 10. I am only on level 6 I believe and I am only missing one achievement and that one is for finishing New Game+.
I noticed that about the training grounds. I lucked out in that I had completed all of them on my first play through. If you have trouble on any of them try changing the upgrades on the weapons. That is the only way I could get first place on some of them. I remember having trouble on the war machete one.

Damn you're all so far ahead of me being that I've only just started the game. I'm on the part were you "hit the magic pipe thing" and you have to survive 20 rounds while the narrator tells the story of Kid's past but I keep dying. Am I possibly not powered up enough to attempt that part yet? Stupid scumbags
