You can include non-english sites. Knox can just update the link with a (non english) tag or something. =)

Ok then; in French: jeuxvideo.com. I think it's the best French website around although their "gaming live" videos are pretty annoying because they almost always have guys on camera who seem to feel the need to make bad jokes and sound geeky as hell lol. Pretty complete though.

TheSpeedGamers, Siliconera and Kingdom Hearts Media are pretty much the only sites I actively pay attention to these days.

GiantBomb is also a decent one. It was formed by ex-Gamespot employees.
