![]() How about something sci-fi, a cooperating crew/s of ship/s in deep space exploring into the vast unknown. (Good, bad, mediocre idea? )

@ Kastrophee - as decent an idea as any we've had. The more random ideas we get down here, the closer we are to taking a vote and/or just picking one for the sake of it, so all ideas are good ideas for the moment. Space seems to be popular so far, and that's cool, because there's a lot to work with there. I think we need to be in a situation where Earth and at least one other planet is accessible, as this gives you a bit more scope. A bunch of people on a ship... there's only so much you can do with that. Like, one hint of mutiny or rebellion, and that character's jettisoned. Or something.
@ SilverSwift - no reason why you can't join in. I think Mussolini's still in charge, but if he says no... that'd just be... really weird, y'know? I'm not sure what I'd make of that. I'm writing a review atm, but I might chalk up a slightly detailed scenario later, based on what others have suggested/seem to want. Everyone, feel free to chuck random ideas into the melting pot. |

i also suggest maybe having some classes or professions. Maybe for classes we can have stuff like gunslinger, ninja, swordsman, and such. and as for professions we can have engineer, metal worker, armor smith , etc. We can change each class to fit the type of weapons or skills for each time line or scenario. Like Gunslinger for old time western we can have dual handguns or for futuristic space we can have laser pistols and such. What do you think?

Well, I don't know about setting everything out before starting. How about just "this is the situation, make of it what you will" and then people can form/join their own factions when they get around to it. It gives everyone a lot more freedom, and it means that there's less time wasted setting up what may not even work out anyway.
On the note of a scenario, if we go for something futuristic, I'd like a Post-Apocalyptic Earth to work with. Feel free to keep chucking ideas around, though. |

I'll give it a try, I agree that post-apocalytica would be a cool scenario, however, I'm up for pretty much anything =P.

it sounds like fallout though. how about robots took over the world but then went crazy, and started fighting each other. Now its in chaos with everyone scattered around the world fighting for survival against the mindless swarm of robots that wander the earth.

Rest assured, I've never played a Fallout game in my life, and I still have an interest in such scenarios. Your idea isn't bad, though. Ultimately it'll be up to everyone to decide what they want, so don't let my ideas ruin yours.
