My Hill

I come by and notice that the hill has been abandoned for more than six months. So I set up a lawn chair and sit down with a lemonade and a machine gun.

Not knowing that the hill has actually been booby trapped with a remote control mine, I blow you off your hill and then set up my golden throne with purple felt lining in the cushions while I bask in the glory of the sunlight.

I sneak up while you're asleep and push you, throne and all, down the hill. I then build myself a small fort with excellent surveillance cameras and bring in a few loyal and burly gunmen I know to help defend.

I learn the art of the Ninja, then me and my fellow ninjas stealthily invade your base during the night time avoiding cameras and also taking out each of your gunmen one by one as they are burly but slow reflexes and unable to defend themselves from the impending doom. Have lost the battle you are forced out of your own fort which is now reinforced with a moat filled with rabid Kois with lasers attached to their foreheads and the inside of the fort has now become a labyrinth which you will have to pass through to get to the main throne.

I watch with amusement as you spend many hours and a lot of money on your moat and elaborate labyrinth. Then, I simply drop a bomb on the whole thing and send you off to a dungeon on the other side of the world. I take a picture of my victory scene to hang on my wall before I turn my attention back to defense. I have to pull a few strings, but my friends in the local superhero technology development lab help me set up a reliable, spherical force field around and underground my fortress and hill.

I was one of the people in the local superhero technology development lab, and I've tampered with your spherical force field. I programmed it to destroy said fortress and teleport you to uncharted territory where you'll have a hell of a time getting back. I then put up a flag, properly set up the spherical force field, and carve my name into the ground. I make it a law that ownership is judged by the whole, "is you're name on it?" rules. Therefore,

THE HILL IS MINE NOW.

It takes me a long time, but I manage to get out of Uncharted Territory, accumulating many adventures along the way. When I finally return, I don't even attempt to disable the force field; I just wait until you come out to buy ice cream, and silently slip in. By the time you return, I've turned your force field against you, put a fountain in the spot you carved your name, and erected a fine sculpture that reads "Annalyn's Hill." A few of the natives from "uncharted territory" kindly escort you back to their homeland, where they will hold you until I've finished setting up my cannons.
