[BUG?] love/hate icons independent of entries

I've done a hard refresh but still I encounter this problem. The love/hate icons float on the screen. I can scroll through characters but the icons don't budge. I use IE8.

The image works fine here.

In his screenshot, the icons for love/hate extend beyond the scrollbox, as if that element isn't being contained properly. He's encountering it on the characters tab on an anime entry (not sure which one).
Additionally, the icons all seem to be about 4 or 5 lines lower than they should be, leaving them closer to the entry below the one they belong to.


anglokitty- Have you tried compatability mode? IE8 apparently has a lot of issues with this (and countless other sites. It appears to be the single buggiest browser ever concocted), but compatability mode clears up the problems for most people who have reported them.

Actually, the problem was occuring in compatibility view. When I switched back to 'normal view' it seemed to be fixed.

I just noticed that when I'm NOT in compatibility mode the drop-down menu in the search field vanishes:

But when I'm IN compatibility mode the above-mentioned issue with the love/hate icons occurs:

....so I have to switch back and forth depending on what I want to do x_x I'm still using IE8 and generally I have no problems with it, though I might consider switching to another browser.
