For the synopsis, this part is correct:

After losing their parents, twins Haruka and Sora travel to the countryside to start a new life. The two soon meet new friends in the shrine maiden Akira, wealthy Kazuha and well-endowed Nao, amongst others. As the days go by, Haruka learns more and more about the new ladies in his life, all the while being a patient confidante and good friend.

It deviates from the rest after that.

Manga spoilers:

It's focused on Sora's arc so he doesn't get into the loins of any women who want to jump his bones after the first sighting. Can't remember her kissing her brother before as a child, but something did happen between Haru and another when they were children and Sora saw.

I didn't even know Confidante was a word. Then i learned that it refers to like a female Confidant.... Haruka is a male. Though the description would probably have to approved by a d-mod to make a change like that.
