is it released in the USA though, or scanlated? that's the criteria we use when adding 'english' manga, because the goal is that one of the site's writers could eventually add the synop

My interpretation of the rules was always a bit different. Every manga/manhwa/manhua which has an English release can be added. :( I don't care if it's released in the USA, in the UK or somewhere in Antarctica. :D I am not so strict... :D And I'm pretty sure Juice is my work.
Okay... according to this interpretation, HAL Manga | Anime-Planet should be deleted as well. :( Because you can buy it only in Central Europe (I know about Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia)... :) Added during my training...

we should talk about this in the mod section before more (not release din the usa) are added, the only reason i have the rule in teh first place is for the purpose of synops :)

I couldn't find one either. Though Manga Listing - 07 Ghost Wiki this shows how the volumes are distributed for the entire series, and it lists an entirely different pilot chapter that was separate of the 1st one, that has been translated.

These pilots don't fit i with the actual manga because they differ a lot from how the final manga ended up. But I can't confirm that neither were a part of the 1st published volume.
