[request] User Notes
 

This idea just occurred to me tonight & I figured I'd toss it out there. The concept is that users be able to keep little notes regarding a given series. Typically these would be things like how many times you've watched the show, when you first saw it, etc. These would be visible to the user any time they visited the entry page for that series (each user would only see their own notes), and perhaps as some sort of popup balloon on that user's list (these would be visible to anyone).

The entry pages would look something like this:

...and the list page would look something like this:

(the small balloon icons indicate that the user has a note for that series, and the big balloon would pop up when you clicked the icon)

The notes would not have any user formatting & no images or video or anything, just plain text.

Yeah I like this idea. I'd love to make odd little notes about stuff. Also Ideal for when you just want to make a tiny mention of something without going into a full review like: great soundtrack.

Should probably be a character limit to it though to ensure they stay as notes rather than reviews.

Personally not sure about having the notes displayed on the entry even if it is for your own notes. I think just the list view side of things would be enough.
