I agree. My point is they consider themselves to be reliable and therefore give themselves the ability to determine whether or not something else can be considered reliable, which of course makes no sense when many people wouldn't consider news sources and wikipedia reliable (I don't know of any teachers/professors that will allow the use of wikipedia as a reference). As they say, the ones with the power make the rules and write the history books.
It looks to me like AP is doing the right thing though. As the site adds features and gains popularity, it is only a matter of time before it is noticed by a "reliable" source. :D HeroSmero |
