For entries such as Shikabane Hime: Aka - Anime-Planet, I suggest that we link to the instructions on how to add anime where it says

Good idea, although at the moment the only copy of that page is the reconstructed one in my sig. The origial (or an updated version thereof) has yet to be re-added to a-p.

Well, yes, that link will have to be updated, since I think eventually A-P will have a form or something to send in Anime, but for now, I think your link should work, no?
