It's possible your browser has just been on for too long. It happens to me too with Firefox, but quitting it then re-starting it seems to fix it for a time.

I use firefox, but i have tried restarting it and the problem does not fix... i dont know what to do about it!!!!

I figured, Firefox is quickly becoming crap to me. I have 3.6.8 and instead of fixing problems with updates they usually just create more. Not blaming firefox, but it couldn't hurt to try a different browser.
