[Request] Change star rating image tooltip text

I was hoping this idea might help reduce the amount of people who give 5/5 stars to nearly any anime.

When you hover over the stars to rate an anime, a tooltip says "Give it 5/5". If it said something like "Unbelievable" and 4/5 had something like "Excellent", it might make people think twice before rating everything so high.

This does kind of define exactly what each rating is worth, which might displease some, but I thought it would be worth discussing.
