[BUG] Forum loading errors

For the past few days, I haven't been able to stay on the forum (or even get onto the forum in the first place) for more than 15 minutes without connections timing out, connections being dropped, just plain failing to connect (not even error 404, not being able to load Anime-planet.com at all, like the website doesn't exist), or (very occasionally) a "Site Maintenance" page loading after 5 minutes or so of trying to load a forum thread or posting something in the forum. And this has been happening constantly lately.

You should check places like Facebook or Twitter first. Sothis knows, and has been working on it.

I'm not saying Facebook and Twitter are the greatest things in the world, but they definitely have their place nowadays. Just seemed like a rather rude response to disregard the fact that sothis knows about the site problems in order to speak on your disdain towards social media.

What I meant is because I do not have Facebook and Twitter, I would not think to check there. I looked at the "Site News" thing on the front page to see if it was there, but it wasn't: so I posted this. I did not mean to sound rude.

To be honest, I gave Facebook a try years ago... They deleted my account for not updating any of the information (my account had my name and nothing else) and not logging in for 6 months. I tried making another Facebook account simply to enter online contests, but it wouldn't let me because new Facebook accounts require a cellphone number attached to your account to make it (I don't have a cellphone either). So I just said Fuck it and gave up completely on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Myspace, Instagram, and whatever else. The closest thing I have is a Youtube account.

The site news is based on the forum section so it won't be much help if the forum is not working

Yeah, I realized that... I wish I had some extra money to donate to help with the costs, but I need to save all I can at the moment.
