Hi,
Four series were removed from my list. I'm sure I did not do this. I believe two of them were marked as watched, one as want to watch and the last one stalled. Please see my feed here: Zspanky | Anime-Planet, I have not adjusted anything since. Unfortunately they do not carry timestamps and their feeds are quite busy. My question; could this have been a bug? If not, I'd like to ask if a moderator or administrator could check the logs and maybe find out if another IP logged in to my account. While four is not a big loss, and it does not seem like my account has been compromised, Id still like to know... I have changed my password on the main site and I am currently scanning my computer. Thanks, Zspanky

it's a known issue with tabs being opened and getting restored, i suspect it's a race condition of some kind, and we've been actively looking into it for a long time... unfortunately it's very tricky to track down.
the best solution for now is to not keep a tab set to your anime list - make it to your profile instead, then click a link to get to your list when you do updates. this will prevent the auto restore from happening. the other thing that might hav ehappened, but i doubt it based on what you're saying, is if an entry was removed (for example, we had two duplicate entries up and ended up removing one, and you had marked it). that does happen once in awhile but more likely it's the tab issue. we hope to have it fixed soon, just a really tough one to figure out

This is probably related to a known bug: Your info needed: the list bug w/weird items in the feed (there's an older thread or two with more details about the bug, but I can't locate them at the moment. In brief, with some versions of firefox, restarting the browser while you have a tab open with your anime list in it screws up your list.)
edit: Sothis responded while I was looking for the old threads.

Thanks for your answers.
I did read the topic Drahken posted, I thought it was limited to the feed list screwing up. An AP tab is always open here, so it might have been pointing to the list, not sure about that. If you need more info, this is all I can give you I think; Firefox Nightly 17.0a1 on Windows Ultimate x64 Always an AP tab open, my browser is always open, as soon as I boot I fire up FF, remembered tabs do not preload but load once I click them. I only need to restart FF to apply update, about daily. Furthermore I do not use sleep or hibernate, only lock. Shutdown every night. If you need any more info or want me to be your test subject, just let me know what I can do.

I found the other threads I was thinking of:
[BUG] (or was I drunk?) Status of Animes in my watchlist changed magically Using Firefox 11 with an open anime list tab may screw up your list
