[request] Reporting errors

Could it be possible to add a method to report anime/manga errors from the corresponding entry at the main site? Maybe something a guest could submit as well, it could be a simple drop down list indicating what kind of error you're reporting and a text field for any needed sources/explanations. Its not very convenient to have to sign into the forum and find the right thread every time you want to report a small error. I think more people would report needed fixes with this.
