[request] 3rd party w2w list "bump" feature

Basically, pretty much what it sounds like.
But it would only work for friends accounts (unless it works out fine and goes widespread to all accounts), can't bump your own list.

Go to a friend's Want-to-watch list, and if you really agree that they should check out a certain show that is on the list, you bump it with similar way at the recs get bumped with a +1. So the owner of the list would see that the series received a +1 to it for the watch, and it'll move it at the top of the list if you sort it "by bump." Also negative rating would have to be able to be given also, in case you really disagree with a certain show, you might want to give it a bump down.
The owner of the list should also be able to see who bumped the shows by nick.

All in all it's just a +/-1 feature similar to the rec system but without the need to fill in a reason, except for want-to-watch lists and not recs.
