Default [bug] my anime time counter does not increase

I think something is wrong with my anime time counter. I do keep adding things, but it seems to freeze on ~7 days, and do not croos this point, though i have added about 30 hours since it was in the same point.

what id say is write down the exact life on anime, then add an ep, wait a few mins and see if the count updates. it's not an exact 7 days = 1 week, thre's a post somewhere which documents the exact amount needed to cycle over (based on the avg of days in a year, not just 7 days = 1 week x 4 = 1 month)

also, we change durations sometimes (a series might be the default 23 mins x 1 ep, and we change it to 5 mins x 1 ep) which can affect life on anime count

beyond that, 45 anime marked seems to be on par with around a week (and i havent received other reports of this being an issue), so id say check a few times when updating an episode to make sure the count moves.

Well, i have just removed 4 things, for about 50 episodes, but the counter did not change even a pixel.
edit:
If it is important, it was "yuru yuri", "sola", "usagi drop" and "myself; yourself"

Is there any way for me to see the detailed information, of what my anime life do consist? Something like "Title"- "N mins"
Maybe, i would then understand, what is wrong with it?

As the blog post I linked above states, episode times are listed when they are non-standard (Under the series' title, you'll see "12 eps x 15mins" or whatever instead of the regular "12 eps"). If a time is not listed, then it'll count as 24mins per ep for a tv series or 30 for an OVA.
example: http://www.anime-planet.com/anime/ox-tales If you look under the main pic on the left, you'll see it says "TV (104 eps x 12 min)" instead of just "TV (50 eps)" as many series do.

Looking at your profile though, it's clear that your meter does indeed change. http://www.anime-planet.com/users/delphist2008
Your feed indicates that you recieved the 1 week badge, yet your current time is only 6 days/22hrs.
When you are looking at your time, are you looking at your sigpic or at the guage above the "my feed" on your profile? If you are going by your sigpic, then that's probably the issue.
1) The sigs don't update instantly, I think it takes 5 mins or so.
2) Being an image, the sigs get cached in your browser. Even if the original pic has changed, you could still be looking at the version your browser cached a month ago.

Sidenote: When you look at your own profile you see "friend feed", when you look at someone else's or log out before looking at yours, you see "my feed". I never noticed this before.

U are not quite right. Though my counter does change, it's only because i have add naruto for a test. Then, as i expected, it grew to about 2.5 weeks. Anyway, it seems not to slowly grow, but a whole day at a time. So, when i add True Tears, which is 5.2 hours, it increases to something rather much then a week. This way, i think, the answer is that counter is rather discrete, so i only need to add something and then all the 5 things will count.
Thanks for a help.

The counter works normally for me. I added the last 3 eps that I watched & my counter went up approx 60mins, just like it should.

Yes, i installed Firefox and the counter works now for me too. Seems like it was opera glitch, or something with the cache.
Thanks, may close the thread.

hmm interesting, i may leave this open or at least tag it as a potential opera bug, since we dont actively test that browser. what OS are you using? also, had you changed any settings, such as blocking javascript, adblock, etc?

Did all the series/eps you added from opera wind up counting when you used firefox, or did you have to re-add them?
If your counter popped up to where it should be, merely by switching browsers, then I can 99.9999% guarantee it's a caching issue. Most likely, one which you could fix by changing opera's cache settings.
