No subtitles in Itunes, or quicktime. Weird. I'm trying handbrake now as it converts it into a .m4v and we'll see what happens from there

If there are no subtitles in QT, then the issue isn't conversion.

Something went wrong with the Mux. Any chance for a step by step and logs if the program provides them?

Thats the logfile. A bit vague, Yamb is very simplistic, you just add .srt, add your mp4 and that's it. Theres hardly any options.

Strange. Yamb seems like its not the issue. Hm. Try another file real quick (I assume its from a series?).

I suspect the issue is either:
A) Corrupt SRT file
B) Corrupt MP4

I know Yamb works from other peoples accounts, but its also possible that the fact you are running Win7 might impact it.

Try another file and tell me if it works, we will go from there.

If it's windows 7, i can probably fix that since i have a computer running vista as well. However, I don't feel like installing itunes on that one. You think if i do all the steps there, I can drag the finished file to my computer now and it should work? I doubt it's 7, since it has really good compatibility

For now, just try another file (different episode, if possible) by the exact same method you were using, in win7.

Yeah I am. I already have the .srt for it, so i'm just converting the mkv to mp4 now

Kk. Are both files originally MKV? Or another format?

Im guessing that- somewhere- the subtitle itself is getting corrupted. Try using another program to convert to UTF8, and then try not converting it at all.

If the above doesn't work, ill send you a file I know works and see if your process is killing it or if its the file.
