Default Firefox Extension: Spoiler Tags

Get the extension here!

Use the following settings:

With this, you dont have to write
BLA
manually. just rightclick the marked text and add the spoiler tag.

you can also easily add the function with "_value_" as the second custom tag :)

Pretty cool, but is it really that hard to type the spoiler tags?

i have no idea how this could possibly get in the way:
the rightclick method takes less time than typing it, so its great...

also im tagging my text after i wrote my message. so its:
keyboard -> rightclick spoiler -> send

I've been using this extension for a little while now, and I've noticed that when I use it to add a tag my CPU usage shoots up to 99% and stays there for a while. Recently it even caused Firefox to freeze completely.

I understand that I don't have a dual core computer or anything like that, but I don't understand why an extension to add a prefix and postfix around some selected text would need a power house of a computer.

The only logical conclusion on can come to is that there's something seriously wrong with the coding of this extension.

nothings wrong with the extension. i get higher resource uses when loading a site than using this extension. no freeze at all. works perfect

P.S. data transfer because im preloading a youtube video

I'm not loading a site though, I'm right clicking and using this extension to add a prefix and postfix around the selected text (adding spoiler or other tags). It has nothing to do with page loading. This extension doesn't or at least shouldn't reload anything. If it does reload pages, then it's bugged because there's no reason for it to do that.

The other two instances of 100% CPU usage are also from adding the tags I had to try multiple times for the screenshot to actually take.
