One thing that confused me, is that the sig will not appear in the post you posted before you added the sig. I was having trouble figuring out why my sig wasn't showing. You check and see what I'm talking about

Sigs don't appear in posts that you made without a sig, because the "show my sig" option is turned off by default if the person doesn't -have- a sig. However, if you had one sig, posted, then changed it, the new sig will appear in all your old posts.
It -is- possible to make your sig appear in a post you made without a sig thoguh. To make it happen, you have to edit the post, click the "go advanced" button, then scroll down and check the "show my sig" box.
