So I was wondering what was your first R rated movie? And how old were you?
I remember watching Excalibur (1981) - IMDb when I was 7 years old with my father. I was talking with some friends the other day and they were shocked when I told them I have been watching R rated movies since I was 7. So did your parents make you wait until you were older or did they let you watch whatever you wanted? My parents were pretty much cool with me watching whatever I wanted (well execpt porn). |

I don't remember if it was my first, but I definitely remember sneaking in to see Friday the 13th part VIII when I was 7. I walked in right when Jason punched that guys head off on the rooftops.
It was probably my first, I don't remember watching any non-kiddy movies with my dad, and we didn't have cable. Although now that I think about it, my friends dad had a huge stash of porn we used to look at when I was little, so I might have seen XXX before R :) |

Dunno what my first rated R movie was, but my parents were also pretty cool on letting me watch whatever I wanted. So, as a child, I guess I watched at least a few action rated-R movies. I don't think I could've stood scary movies though.

I was never not allowed to watch R rated movies, unless they were really inappropriate, but there was no actual rules against it. My dad also took me to scary movies pretty much my whole life, so I have no idea what my first one was. One of the earlier ones that I actually remember seeing in the theater though was Jason Goes to Hell when I was 9.

Hmm
I think my first was Predator in like 1989 or something like that, when I was 5 or 6. Watched it practically everyday and impersonated Arnold so much Since my parents noticed I could control myself and not go out of whack like most kids, they let me continue watching unless there was sex involved or scenes leading to it.Pretty much the first and only time I was not allowed to enter a theater with my parents to watch an R rated movie was when Saving Private Ryan came out. The town I lived in at the time in South Carolina banned anyone under the age of 17 from seeing an R rated or higher movie even if accompanied by the parent and/or guardian.

When I was a kid my parents wouldn't allow me to watch R rated movies, so I had to go to my buddies or my uncle. My first R rated movie was either Predator or The Evil Dead at the age of 11-12.

I'm note sure, but my older brother (3 years older) and his friends showed my Braindead (aka Dead Alive) when I was like 7 or so. I remember laughing my ass off to it, thinking it was totally awesome and getting physically nausiated all at the same time
![]() I watched Aliens with a friend when I was like 8 or 9 as well. It scared the willy-nillies out of me. |

Some animated porn when I was 6 or 7 IIRC it was about cats and was supposed to be funny. Not very amusing for me back then. I was expecting cartoon for kids and whatr I got was pretty boring story about a cat shoving his furry cock into everything with a pulse.
Next one was "The Thing" and "It" few months later. Those two made serious impression on me. Suprisingly enough after watching that I tried to keep my room dark. My logic was that I can hide better in the dark ^^ |
