Right now I'm watching "the great war" from BBC (episode 1)
it's a documentary about ww1 that uses rare video footage of the time. It's done in the same style of World at War (BBC's WW2 doc) out of all the documentaries I've seen those two seem to be the definitive documentaries of the eras that they cover, It's does a very good job at presenting the context of the pre war world from what i've seen on the first episode while containing many interesting details... It's like a history class on your TV!*


*and if you're not into that kind of thing then you wouldnt even be considering watching this in the first place anyways.

American Idol finale! I'm so sad Simon is leaving, but the show has been great so far. Alice Cooper and Bret Michaels!

lol why didnt they just make us watch this instead of making us go through social studies 9-11 it's pretty much the same deal XD

well, CBC is jazzing up canadian history as much as they can, but it's still Canadian history*....

*ie :not much going on there save for maybe 2-3 events
