OMG it's an original work by the guy who created two of my all-time favourite movies (Terminator, Alien)???

Easy, send trained baboon with eight blue seashells in pouch attached firmly to his mane. If you remember to put courier hat made of folded banana leaf on his head they will know in the town that you want an reservation ;-)

Anyway, the premise is nice. This will be good movie to watch in cinema. Even if storywise it will suck some fat gear stick effects will compensate.

That's a tall order, even if we've gotten fairly close with the likes of Gollum in the LOTR films.

Now I've seen some very mixed reactions to the trailers (leaning towards hate of it, actually), but I place myself mostly in the cautiously optimistic camp. The story and designs look like nothing new, the dialogue in the new trailer is mostly trite, but hey - weird alien planet, exotic looking alien creatures, how bad can it be? Eh?
Good God, those CGI creations look like real, well, humanoid creatures. O_O It'll be a harder challenge this time, since those CGIs will be portraying humanoid characters, not just small creatures like Gollum or Yoda.

I'm still optimistic regarding the movie since I'm a die-hard fan of the genre.
