2 themes come to mind
1. Kenshin (mostly because most of the Kenshin sigs are missing)
2. Seikon no Qwaser (Might be a little hard since there aren't any renders out yet)

Another possible theme could be angels/girls(or guys, I suppose) with angel wings (Not really angels, but have angel wings in the picture). It was on the list of having been done about a year and a half ago.
Bands (anime bands) could be another one.

New ideas: Key series, Type-Moon, 7th Expansion, fights, various sports, couples, or technology.
