this looks like it can go both ways right now. its an intresting concept. kind a mix between highlander and kenshen. the action scenes are great.

i just got 2 ep 5. it make ALOT more sence sence ep 1 witch was kinda mixed up. as far as story goes its not much, fights are pretty cool tho, but thats all its turning out 2 have ><

Aw man, every time I watched an episode I keep saying "I'll make a thread right after", i never do.

I really like this one, I like the music, animation, story, and characters. It is nice and dark, without being overly gory. I like how he isn't overly powerful. He isn't the best samurai around, I like that he isn't, it adds some suspense, no not that he is going to die(he can't) just that others may. I hear that the anime isn't really following the manga chapter to chapter, and that yes, it is better.

It's following the manga. Albeit slowly and with a few additional scenes and some omitted ones as well. I'm not sure what it is, but there's something very wrong with the anime that makes it so very mediocre. I don't like the constant background music myself. Also, it's edited compared to the manga.

The worms. I read somewhere, even if his head got cut off, it would still reconnect. Think I heard someone say that that happens in the manga.

I think it's a pretty kick ass series so far, though it sucks that there seems to be subbing issues with it. I like that it's got a sort of Basilisk feel to it, not to mention the "healing worms" are pretty much the same as the baddie in basilisk had.

Yeah, this show is realized so slow. Shame, because it is really good.
