I'm surprised nobody created a thread for this. I'm wondering if I'm the only forum user who's watching this xD

Jokes aside, this season has been pretty good at the moment, though I still can't understand why the eff they have to change the design of the characters each season, hair color included. It was already fine with the design of Fourth Stage (except Ryosuke's blue hair for obvious reasons).

I thought they're doing pretty good in keeping the same animation style and character design.. Though not sure if that's a good or a bad thing, considering it's been more than 10 years since 1st season and 3d models still looks pretty much the same :D
Then again, it's been a while I've seen those.

The only similar I found about the animation style between Fourth Stage and Fifth Stage were the cars and the races (which was a good thing). Aside of that, almost all the characters were changed to the point that some of them are unrecognizable. But meh, I think I'll get used to it.

Regarding youtube subs, they aren't bad. Theya ren't as good as Sage's ones but there's no other choice until Sage is up again.

I'm just glad they did actually start this new season. Maybe someday I'll give manga a try.

Wonder if Takumi is going to get this new girl as a girlfriend, like for a whole season lol

I'll wait another week or so, maybe, if sage won't show up I'll have to go on youtube as well.

I think he will, after all Mika fell in love with him. So unless he's like Keisuke and wants to focus 100% on Project D, he'll get her.

Is fifth stage supposed to be the end of the series? I never read the manga, but I really like the first stage and I went ahead and watched all the movies and up through the fourth stage.

I doubt it. But who knows, manga is still ongoing though. And come on someone sub this please. I tried watching it online but it looks really bad on 46" tv..

Yeah, well.. it's not like I want Takumi to get married and have children lol
Just some bone for him or I'll start to feel sorry for him that he does nothing but race.
Anyway, hopefully we'll get to see a more serious car crash than just a rear wing this season. I hope.
