Episode 13.
Glad this farce is over. I'm not going to rehash my earlier criticisms too much, they certainly still stand. Trying to fill the lack of substance with Otaku bait and Fujoshi pandering coupled with a propensity to try and make shit seem 'cool' as opposed to fleshing out characters speaks volumes. Lovingly framed 'I'm tough but sensitive' dialogues this episode were particularly awful and cheesy. This show is quite obviously directed towards a younger audience who more likely would buy into this show's silly shenanigans, hence why I couldn't get into it. Maybe I would've at age 13. 1 out of 5.

Episode 12
Overall, I loved the animation and the few scant action sequences. And the characters were likable enough, but not very rounded at all. I'm hoping the 2nd season will fix that, because I can see some of these becoming lovable with more development. And I can understand some people not liking the slim semblances of plot, but having everything addressed and tied up at the end with the viewer walking away knowing what went down's good enough for me. 3.5/5

I said this once and i will repeat myself again, i still have no idea what people found confusing? The series had some parts it left open at times usually to be explained in the following weeks episodes (hello people its called a Cliffhanger) but i followed this fine really, no real troubles or problems.
i honestly didn't like this anime when i started it, episode 1 and 2 was just un-appealing and it took me 2 weeks to watch episode 3, but i can't remember if it was ep 3 or 4 but one brought me into it more, by the time its finished i enjoyed it alot. Yes ok some plot area might need a little work and a thew little bits of string are still hanging with no purpose but i enjoyed this all in all. The plot (well the idea of the story, not so much what was shown) was a decent thought someone had, seems some bits needed work but if they fix that in Season 2 no complaints there, i quite liked Shiro and Neko and that guy with them whose name i can't ever seem to remember. Kinda liked how it ended and i will look forward to the next season, maybe hoping they will start it a bit better though. i respect people's opinions so i wont go much into anything but i think some was to harsh, i don't deny the series clearly has its problems and such but looking at the animes i watched over the season i think it was a lot higher up ranking than some others, so in all i enjoyed it i guess, 3.5 - work on the plot and maybe some character work in season 2 and i will offer it a 4 (please offer new BGM - its bias but rap and hip hop stuff really doesn't work with anime, even if they are using gangs, i just find it ruins it and due to my personal distaste in the music i only find myself wanting to mute it) But yeah not a bad series when all is said and done i guess. |

I can't be the only one who laughed whenever Shiro flew around with that parasol--he looked like Mary Poppins.

Episode 13:
Show is still bad, and the closure was... whatever. Action was bad as always. Didn't really care for anyone, since we know that Shiro is Shit load of shit charachters with even shittier villain... Good for kids, though. 1.5 or 2 ... still indecisive... |

I watched the first episode of K.
First of all, the opening sequence reminded me a lot of Cowboy Bebop. So I'm pretty excited about this series. The next major thing I noticed was that Hollywood Undead sang the opening song, which surprised me. I was in no way expecting that. After all that passed though, I was a little more tepid about the series. I'm not big on the whole skateboarding element, although I don't know how big that will be. It mostly just seems like it's a punk series and will have lots of elements that are found within that type of lifestyle. I like the protagonist alright but the first episode was pretty slow. I'm not going to give up on it, I wanna watch a few more episodes and give it a chance. |

Yeah but you can clearly hear Hollywood Undead's "Dead Bite" at the beginning of the first episode. I haven't seen the second episode yet, so I can't confirm if it's a continuation... but I spent a few minutes looking up the song because I clearly recognized their voices. They even say J3T (Johnny 3 Tears) and Charlie Scene during the song. I was caught off-guard.
