I have a few pokemon/yu-gi-oh/Magic cards buried in my closet worth hundreds of dollars, and they were saying it was a rare card. Plus, it wouldn't be polite for someone to get you a gift, you drop it, and then you don't bother to get it back because you're afraid to get dirty. Maybe I'm over-polite when it comes to these things and I'm the odd one out: But if someone gets me a gift, I will guard it with all I have unless I could get injured/die trying to get it back...

He didn't know that was gonna happen. He expected to drop down, grab the card, climb back up. That's what I would have thought too.

I'm pretty sure if this kid was actually thinking, he'd have come to the conclusion of "Hey, this could be a bad idea." Even if he would of gotten out easily, we're not taking into account the myriad of diseases you can catch from wondering around a filthy sewer. I'm sure his brother is just rolling in the dough for a doctor if that happened.
