For all the Berserk fans
 

Some of you may recognize this from my other thread but i decided to make a seperate thread seeing as my other one is filled full of beautiful women and this is more scary and violent XD.

Anyways here is the slideshow with the original image, the crappy edit which was in my other thread, and the final version. So after looking at it critique the final version and tell me what you think is good and wrong:ramen:.

EDIT2:Reuploaded the images and made some more modifications to the final image to fix the blood on the sword and other areas of the image.

as my medium? Can't say that I'm familiar with art terms but I assume you mean what did i use as a reference to choose how to use the colors and various other elements?

Well I didn't because it was originally a blank black and white manga page which is also in the slideshow. Besides that the Mangaka of the Berserk series has never really done any art showing off the armor with any color. Lastly the anime barely covers even the first few volumes which doesn't even have the armor you see in the image. Needless to say i was just flying by the seat of my pants having fun deciding what to use for this all the while keeping that overall scary and cool look.:drink:

medium probably refers to the type of media (pencil/pen/acrylic paint/watercolor/chalk/pastels...etc etc) and/or the type of canvas as well used in your coloring.

In your case you're work is done digitally using one of the paint programs. The way you color tho it does have the feel of a more traditional medium. Which is what most digital artists strive for anyways...

Well chibigamer its not a drawing its a color render, i took a page from the manga Berserk and photoshopped it whereas the original image can be credited to the mangaka of the Berserk series.
