well depends on what they can do
i mean if its like the GP-03 Dendrobium Mobile Armor Gundam for example from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 then that will probably go into either the Non-Humanoid Bracket or the Misc. Bracket

Right, but I was thinking like... Mazinger Z and shows where the mechs are shrouded in mysterious origins, have immense power, aren't based on any real science, where the pilots call out their attacks beforehand, and where they're generally controlled by the pilot moving their body in the same way as the robot.
For example: Zearth from Bokurano is roughly half a mile high, has seemingly impregnable armor, can fire lasers powerful enough to destroy a mountain, and has leveled entire cities. However, it doesn't seem to be based on any accurate science, it's origins are unclear, and it is controlled telepathically... kinda. Oh, and have you dealt with the issue that some mecha can only fight on the ground, and some can only fight in space? Also, for the record, I think that Anavel Gato and his Neue Ziel were much much more powerful than Kou Uraki and his GP-03. |
