Default Windows XP Logon Screen - Now with 50% more Lucky Star!

I was bored and looking for something to do. Behold! The fruits of my bordom!

Code Geass: Kallen (Strut)

Original Author's Profile: RedXMaverick @ AnimePaper.net

Code Geass: Kallen (Live-On)

Lucky Star: Konata (Lick)

Spice and Wolf: Horo (Nudey Moon)

I figured I'd post it here. Maybe someone (other than myself) would use it.

How to use it:
  1. Download and install Logon Studio (It's Free!): Found Here (It should take less than a minute to download and install)
  2. Download the logon:
  3. Double click on the .logonxp file you just downloaded.
  4. You're done! Logon studio should automatically switch users to let you see your new logon screen. Unless you've already turned off that option in the options panel.

Optional: You can now delete the .logonxp file.

More to come later.

Thoughts, Comments?

EDIT: Oh yeah! There's an extra perk other than your boring logon screen looking way cool! When editing this logon screen I got rid of the "feature" where when you click on or hover the mouse over a user it shows how many new emails they have (and even sometimes which email has them). I never liked the fact that windows did this and consider it a privacy/security issue.

Nice. I was actually thinking of doing something like this. Then again I rarely boot my computer and the logon screen shows for maybe a second or so, it's not worth the trouble.

Cool Re: Windows XP Logon Screen

Cool Beans! I'm going to go make me one since my log on screen comes on every 5mins after my Screen Saver comes up from inactivity.

My logon screen comes on after my screensaver comes on. Ever since my cousin pulled a prank on me and messed with my computer when I wasn't around. I too rarely boot my computer though, which is why I don't bother with the boot screens.

Be warned that Logon Studio is a pain in the ass. A mistake like loading an 'invalid' image into the bottom panel (where the shutdown button usually is) or erasing a number to write your own will cause the program to warn you of this mistake and then close completely.

Aw man, love these. They look great. I used Kallen aha. <3
And I especially love the way the email address is hidden. I never thought I could get rid of that.
