Found a pretty awesome AMV today, anyone who played Red Alert/RA2 will definitely enjoy this.. but others may like it as well.
Note: I didn't make it, but thought I'd share. YouTube - AzuDai Alert! |

Yeah, I actually own all the command and conquer games, and Westwood >>>>> EA Although I've been in the open beta for RA3, multiplayer only, but I donno, It's not horrible.. and CnC 3 wasn't horrible either. Generals pretty much sucked, although Zero Hour paved the way for the variations to the army thing, which I kinda like.. but meh. Overall, RA2 is probably the best of all of them. |

P.S. the video sequence are still as awesome as they used to be. screw HD, 640x480 interlaced videos are the only true form of entertainment!!! P.P.S. if you want to have the native resolution in cnc ra2, open the ra2.ini and set your resolution: Quote:

Biggest thing about Generals: If I wanted to play a "modern day" rts, there's plenty of other choices.. Although I Zero Hour was pretty cool.. but plain Generals was pretty meh. Hmm, I read today that Red Alert 1 just got released as freeware.. maybe they updated the code a bit to make it work betterer on non-win95/98 computers.. That game was interesting too.. |
