This has probably been asked before, but i couldn't find another topic about it via searching so...

Can we have a way to record how many times we've watched an anime? I rewatch quite a few animes multiple times and it's a shame those extra watches won't be recorded.

I don't personally get why people want this, but anyway it has been asked a lot and always denied until further notice, sorry.

So you're saying that it shouldn't be implemented to prevent people from untruthfully tagging their watched animes? I think that's an irrelevant issue seeing how people can already do something similar by marking any anime they want as "Watched."

...and people do exactly that.
You used to be able to set any series as watched, even ongoing ones. Then one day soth got tired of people marking a series as watched, even though onl 2 out of a planned 30 eps had been produced yet, so she added thefunctionality of making ongoing series unable to be marked as complete.

Freebullets you're missing my point. I don't mind at all if it is implemented, I just don't understand why it is that people think it is necessary, or that it is a shame not to record rewatches.

For the simple reason of making the "My Life Spent on Anime" (as seen below) counter go up. Everyone knows that it's the most determinate factor for how big your e-penis is. Good luck getting any respect if your counter isn't at least a month.
