It's just something minor, but a fault nonetheless.

The description of the "Chat Quotes & Logs" forum has the link to the old Anime-Planet IRC channel:

It should be changed to "#anime-planet.com @ rizon.org" since #anime-planet @ rizon.org is no longer our official IRC for as far as I know.
