[REQUEST] - Randomise popular anime/manga and custom lists

Popular anime/manga:
I noticed this problem from day one. There are certain anime which will always be popular or at least be popular for months/years. The result of only the top 3 popular anime/manga showing on their respective site pages means you constantly have:

Bleach
FMA
Naruto

For the first two days of launch it was those three for manga as well (I noticed Claymore made most popular today in third place). And it didn't make a difference if it was just for today or for the week.

That makes for a predictable (i.e. redundant) feature that'll get old quick. So I recommend that, like V1 did, you randomise maybe the top twenty most popular anime/manga and have them reset every few minutes or something.

Custom lists:
If this is not server/time intensive, I recommend randomising how the custom lists show up in the profiles. While I have the maximum of five different custom lists, all of which I'd love to showcase on my profile, only the first two actually do. Randomising would mean all my custom lists get equal exposure AND my profile stays more interesting due to the change.
