[FIXED][QUESTION] user sigs

i need help with the user signature feature.
for some reason when i make a user sig it dosen't work(it dosen't show up in my signature section)
i'm trying to make a sig with a pre made pic by yuroichi that features Hachimaki from Planetes pointing a handgun, i'm using the settings yuroichi suggested and useing my anime stats for the sig can anyone help me?

If not, please provide us with as much info as possible regarding the problem. Things like: exactly what image you tried to use, did you save it to your comp & then upload from there or did you try to upload it from another location on the web (has to be uploaded from your comp), exactly what happened afterward (error messages? did it take you back to your profile, did it just refresh the page, ...?), etc.

i saved it to my computer (twice)
no error message
nothing really happens it just refreshes the page where u make a sig except the location of the image is not i the box and the hex codes for the colours are still there.
