Hi
On Firefox (3.0.1), I can't seem to update my anime status anymore (watched/watching/etc, eps numbers). On Safari, it works. It used to work on Firefox until today. Also, I haven't installed any addons since last time it worked. In fact, I didn't even close the tab I was updating. I don't know if it matters, but I'm running OSX (10.5.4) and those are the only 2 browsers I have installed. |

Also, it helps to say which version of ff you're using, v2 or v3.

think he's using 3...
i had someone else test on 3 though and it worked fine, so knowing the page you are using is important (might be a bug ujst on a specific type of page, like tags or studios, etc) |

when you open bugs it's important to list every step you took so it's easier for me to debug XD (this will be the third question i have to ask, heh ;))
where exactly did you mark status? was it for flcl, one of the ones below, etc? is it still not working if you load up ff3 and try again? |

Sorry, my previous post wasn't from my computer, so I couldn't check everything.
Anyways, I had the tab open for FLCL, where I had previously set it as watching: 4 (I set it as watching: 4 from this same tab, also in Firefox 3, just an hour or 2 earlier). I wanted to set it to watching: 5, but that small loading circle (from the script you guys put in the site) didn't show up. After I finished episode 6, I wanted to set it as watched, but same thing; the circle didn't show up. I wait over 10 minutes after changing the status, then refreshed. The changes hadn't been applied. I switched over to Safari and the changes worked instantly. Now I tried over animes just for testing purposes, but it seems I can't change the status of any anime on any page (tried the lists, each anime's page, the recommendations bellow that anime, etc). I have a very strong feeling something went wrong with my Firefox, but I have no idea what it could be. Here's my full list of addons on Firefox: |

try disabling any plugin that blocks ads (or anything that touches js)... maybe it's disabling the javascript that happens to mark a status.
side note: the only way the site makes any sort of money (to pay for the huge development/server costs) is through the ads, so i humbly request you allow ads to be seen on this site. |
