Here's what the status/rating bar looks like in Safari 3.1.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.4:
Reducing the text size brings everything back in line again. It also looks fine in Firefox. |

Since reducing the text size makes it look normal, it's probably just that he has a larger default text size set in safari, or that safari does something weird like putting extra space around the text.
I had a couple similar bugs in one of my browsers, also text size related, but didn't bother to report it because it was a css related thing (also, it's somewhat due to my personal settings. It's my default browser, so I have the minimum font set above what the site uses on some pages. Other browsers on my comp (which don't have a minimum font set) display fine.) The 2 issues I saw are that the search box on the anime pages extends slightly below the brown area (oddly, this is corrected by INcreasing font size), and the ratings stars on a list page (ie, go to the alphabetical listing & click a letter) are split onto 2 lines. I believe the stars one occurs because the slightly larger font in the status dropdowns pushes them over into the ratings column.
