I like to re-watch anime and let people know that I am. If I put the status of one of animes to watching I lose all of the time I had already spent on it. I think there should be a new status of re-watching for all those who want to keep track of the episode they're on, and maybe even how many times they have watched the series. Thanks

Thats why I said maybe to the second option, I really just want a status that won't add or subtract anything from my time.

This has been re-re-re-requested many times, and always shot down due to potential abuse. However, this is the first time someone has specified that they don't want it added to their life on anime meter, just as a log. For that reason, I'm not going to close this yet.

now that one sure is interesting, an option of marking animes as re-watching and not just plainly watching (which would cause u to lose time on the time-bar) would be nicely accepted here :)

if im correct it would be an option like "watched" while keeping the possibility of choosing the current ep, am i right on that one?^^

Nope, this isn't a democracy, it's a sothisocracy. ;)
Sothis will decide for herself whether or not she's willing to add any specific feature, although enough people speaking up in favor of it & giving good reasons why they think it would work will help sway her opinion.

I for one think this is kind of a useless feature. If you're re-watching something.. you are watching that anime series. When you finish it again you'll get your time back. It's not like it's a big deal or something.. you're not winning an award for having more life spent on anime then others.
So there is no point for this. :/

I think of it more as a log like Drahken mentioned. I wouldn't finish re-watching something fast enough to where I would get my time back. I just don't have that kinda time to sit down and watch anymore. Plus I don't like people thinking that I've just started a series, and I 'have no idea what I'm talking about' when I discuss an anime. There is a point for this, but not to those who have the time to re-watch a series in a day or two.
