[FIXED][BUG] IP problems

The site has (at least) two IP addresses which the name servers randomly choose for visitors:
76.74.248.73
66.135.53.252
Normally both of these addresses work fine. However, the 76.~ one has a tendancy to crap out, give the apache page for anime-planet.com and a 404 for any other pages or directories (like it's doing right now).
The 66.~ one seems to work fine, but you have to use your HOSTS file to force your computer to use it (location of HOSTS on XP is windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts).
Clearly something is going on with that 76.~ IP address.

yeah, just wanted to note that I've also had weird address issues today.
Switching to opendns seemed to help a lot, but there's still some odd behavior.

yesterday there were some interesting fuckups (specifically we are trying to change the site back to the 6x address as it was before the latest round of server problems, and i did a typo so some people saw the site on a banking site for an hour XD)... so this must be a remnant.

the site points to 6x on serverbeach's dns tool, but it looks like we did forget to switch it as well in WHM (in WHM it's pointing to the 7x). the serverbeach should be overriding anything in whm so that's interesting that some people are resolving the 7x, but in theory now it should be fixed. i assume this needs time for the dns to propogate first.
