I worked as Hosting Server admin before, and our server was hacked, and there was no backups, I don't think it would be such terrible thing. you have the backup here.

next on the list of things to try to fix today is the image problems (avatars, sigs, review images, etC), followed by the IE JS problem. we'll also hopefully try to restore the backup tonight, which probably wont work, which means then ill lpost an announcement saying what was officially lost etc.

once images are fixed i can start adding the tons of new entries in my inbox as well, as well as the old ones.

But Anime planet is still alive!!!
this community is just to strong to die! sure we lost a month, but the important thing is that this site is still working.

i think we should all give sothis a break when this is done. i mean, coming back from vacation to this is just horrible.

this site should have a "break for sothis fund".

Glad that the site is back online! To bad about the month and the accounts, but well, I suppose that not one of us really minds to add the anime back in their list... The only point is that there will be so much work for the staff adding the anireq's that were lost...
I had my eyes role out of my face when I saw my Anime Planet custum signature was nowhere showing.... When I tried to acces the site but could not connect, I cried...

I'm still having problems with login. The page refreshes, but nothing happens. (I've tried many things like deleteing cookies/temp internet files)
