Because I think there are a lot of people that watch japanese/korean/taiwanese drama series!
For example, I watch many of them, more or less like anime!

While I like asian dramas, I don't think they should be added to the site. This is Anime-Planet after all. If there was a similar site to AP for dramas, I would join it, but I think this site should stick to just anime and manga.

I believe Jdramas have been requested before and that the response was "denied for now, but possibly later".

I can see why in some cases. There are live-action series for Nodame Cantabile and Great Teacher Onizuka among others. If a person were a fan for the manga and anime for either show, it would be nice to know that there is also a live-action series.

I'd be happy just making a database of Drama related to manga and anime

this is something we may do someday, but it is not planned in the foreseeable future. the reason being, it's a small niche and there's already a zillion things to do
