[DENIED][REQUEST] Forum Sig - always .jpg?
 

Heya. I tried uploading my forum sig as a gif to preserve my transparency settings but it seems to come out as a jpg. Is there a way to avoid this conversion in order to keep my sig the way i was hoping to have it?

yea its always jpg best bet is fake transparency which it looks like uve done

or have a custom signature

The site always generates jpg sig pics, there's no way around it. A long time back sothis was making some enhancements to the sig system, different output formats were requested & sothis seemed ok with the idea, but as a later addition. Lots of other stuff have been going on with the site since then, so I have no idea if sothis currently intends to add such a feature at some future point .

For the time being though, you'll have to settle for what zoundx described, either putting in fake transparency or making your own custom sigs (which unfortunately won't update automatically).
