i dont really understand the request - it looks like what was added to the image is your personal list filters, which are already there under Status

I mean the anime, related to those already on my list and I have not added

His screenshot added a field for "relations", with the personal status filters within it. I think the premise is that he wants to be able to search for "series related to those I have [watched], [am watching], etc"

a cool idea, but would be extremely difficult to implement, so it's a deny for now :)
