Based off of what I can remember, this description is accurate. Although I really can't remember what position her father had, this information agrees with what is listed on some sites on google. It looks like the United Earth University is a military school, so would that make her get the "military" tag, even though she doesn't really act like it?

I've added the basic information, so all that really needs to be handled is the description.

Quick suffling trough the first episodes, I found him introducing himself as "Admiral Misumaru, Commander, Third Fleet USF." (ADV DVD subs)

She isn't much militaryish for sure and she did jump to private sector right after graduating, would say she's "military", though so might consider Nergal paramilitary organisation, having battleship and all..
